We’ll then create a design preview for your approval. Once approved, it goes to print and is scheduled for local delivery through USPS EDDM.
Q: Why do you only accept 20 businesses per month?
To give every campaign the attention it deserves, we cap projects at 20 clients per month. This ensures fast turnaround times, high-quality designs, and successful local reach.
Q: What areas can I target with my mailer?
You can target specific ZIP codes, neighborhoods, or city areas in Austin and surrounding suburbs. We’ll help you choose the best local routes to reach the most relevant customers for your business.
Q: Can I use my own design?
Yes! You can upload your own design during checkout or send it via email. We’ll review it to ensure it meets print and mailing specs. If you’d prefer us to handle the design, we’ve got you covered.
Q: What kind of businesses benefit most from EDDM?

Q: How fast will my campaign be delivered?
Once your design is approved, most campaigns are printed, prepared, and mailed within 7–10 business days. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Do I get to approve the design before it’s printed?
Yes! Every customer receives a design preview and one round of revisions (if needed) before printing. Nothing goes to print without your final sign-off.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
Nope — everything is included in your selected package price. That includes design, printing, and USPS delivery. There are no service fees or surprise charges.
Q: Can I run repeat mailings or monthly campaigns?
Yes! If you’d like to run recurring mailers (monthly, quarterly, or seasonal), we can help set up a schedule with volume discounts. Just mention it in your form or email us to get started.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts or loyalty pricing?
